Most delivery burgers arrive soft and sad. We wanted one that still had a proper crust after 25 minutes on a bike, so we changed the patty, the bun, and the box.
Patties are smashed to order on a cast-iron plancha. Buns are toasted with clarified butter. Fries and burger travel in separate vented compartments so the steam never touches the crust.
